LoveYourz Shipping Policy
At LoveYourz, we want to get your favorite items into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. We ship all of our orders across Greece securely using ACS Courier. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping times, costs, and processes.
1. Order Processing Times
    •    All orders are processed within [e.g., 1–2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
    •    Once your package is picked up by ACS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your ACS tracking number (Voucher number).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide across Greece. Delivery times depend slightly on your location:

3. How to Track Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our hands, we will send you an email with your ACS Voucher number. You can track your package in real-time by entering this number on the official ACS Courier website or via the ACS mobile app.
4. Missed Deliveries & Pickups
    •    ACS will typically attempt to deliver to your door. If you are not home, the courier will leave a notification (SMS or paper slip) with instructions.
    •    Your package will be held at your local ACS center for up to 10 working days. If it is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.
5. Damages and Issues during Transit
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please try to photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at info@loveyourz.com.gr so we can resolve the issue with ACS.
