Thank you for shopping at LoveYourz! We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Return Window
    •    You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
    •    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
    •    Clearance or final sale items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
    1    Contact our support team at info@loveyourz.com.gr with your order number and the reason for the return.
    2    If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
    3    Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
    •    If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
    •    Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right straight away.
