2. Eligibility & Ordering
    •    By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
    •    Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not yet constitute final acceptance. A contract is formed only when we ship the product and send you a tracking number.
    •    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Prices and Payments
    •    All prices listed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include the current Greek VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any Cash on Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
    •    We accept payments via:
    ◦    Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro via Eurobank Gateway).
    ◦    Viva Wallet.
    ◦    Apple Pay and Google Pay.
    ◦    Cash on Delivery (Αντικαταβολή) via ACS Courier.
    •    If a pricing error occurs (e.g., a €100 item is listed as €1 due to a system glitch), we are not obligated to provide the product at that incorrect price and will contact you to correct or cancel the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
    •    Orders are delivered within Greece securely using ACS Courier.
    •    Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not strict deadlines. LoveYourz is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, extreme weather, or force majeure events affecting courier operations.
    •    Risk of loss or damage transfers to you the moment you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the package.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Δικαίωμα Υπαναχώρησης)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, without giving any reason.
    •    Condition of Product: To exercise this right, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached, exactly as received.
    •    Return Costs: Unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy, the customer bears the direct cost of shipping the item back to us.
    •    Refunds: We will refund all payments received from you (excluding extra costs from choosing a premium shipping method) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided we have received the returned goods back or proof of return.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of LoveYourz and is protected by Greek and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of it without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
    •    LoveYourz does not guarantee that the Website will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We provide the site “as is.”
    •    To the maximum extent permitted by Greek law, LoveYourz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    •    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union.
